2012 Registration Form

For families new to soccer, the divisions go by age, not grade. All age cut-offs are as of August 1 with no exceptions allowed downward. For example, if your child turns 10 years old on or before July 31st of this year, they play in the U-11 or older division even if their classmates are in the U-10 division. If they turn 10 years old on August 2nd, they may play in U-10 or older. The youngest age group is 4 year olds, termed U-5, or “under 5″ years old. The In-House league is an instructional league for our youngest players (U-5, U-6 and U-7).

A complete registration includes:

· Registration form completely filled out and signed, available by downloading the Player Registration Form.

· A copy of a birth certificate (copies only since it will not be returned).

· Current photo for the player pass (size similar to a driver’s license photo) (not needed for In-House U-5, U-6 or U-7).

· A check or money order in the amount of Peewee & Tot's-$40, U7 and up-$60.00

All players will need to be sized for new uniforms. New uniforms will need to be ordered for ALL recreation players playing U7 – U14. The new uniform package includes jersey, shorts and socks. Price is $35.00 for the package.
